Prof. Abiodun Musa Aibinu (PhD)
2nd Vice-Chancellor, Summit University, Offa
Chief Executive & Academic Officer
“Our graduate development framework equips students not just with degrees, but with the entrepreneurial acumen, AI fluency, personal branding, and real-world competencies required to lead and thrive in a competitive global economy.”
Graduate Employability and Career Development
Equipping graduates with technical fluency, entrepreneurship, AI mastery, and professional capabilities for lifelong career success.
My approach to graduate development extends beyond disciplinary knowledge to include the competencies required for employment, entrepreneurship, professional practice, and continued career development. I have therefore promoted a graduate development framework that combines technical knowledge with Artificial Intelligence, digital skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, personal branding and practical workplace competencies. I have also used industry and professional engagement to expose students to real-world applications of their knowledge and emerging career opportunities.
